Until the release of the next Assassin’s Creed, it should not be so long. The at least a Swiss dealer suspects and lists the game already for the end of 2017.
Even if Ubisoft’s CEO in an interview of 2016 stressed that you should not expect so quickly with a new Assassin’s Creed, the latest offshoot might appear faster than thought.
The Swiss online retailer World of Games at least lists Assassin’s Creed Empire as a game, even the first pre-orders are accepted.
What the game is about and whether it is actually, as presumed, going to Egypt, is not apparent on the side.
The shipping company reveals with the product description in addition to the price of 79.99 Swiss francs (converted approx. 74.50 euros) however also the release period: According to this, Assassin’s Creed: Empire is still in the fourth quarter 2017, thus between October and December this Year, for PS4, Xbox One, and the PC.
A gold version is also mentioned.
Finally, the first part of the screenshots on the net was dubbed. Whether the information from World of Games is actually true and passed on from Ubisoft itself to the dealer or whether it is simply a placeholder is not known.
Also, the name of the new part is not yet sure. The title Assassin’s Creed: Empire, as well as price, release, and platforms have not been confirmed by Ubisoft so far.
