The 2017 A range was introduced earlier this year but surprisingly came factory with Android Marshmallow instead of Nougat, official since August of the previous year.
It was clear that he would end up receiving his Nougat ration, although the truth is that it has taken quite a while.
Just over a week ago, Samsung began the Nougat deployment in the smallest of the range, the A3 2017, and now it’s the biggest one: the Galaxy A7 2017 is receiving Nougat, for now in Thailand.
Of the A5 2017 still without news, although the most probable are that we know more in the coming weeks.
Samsung will accrue updates
The paths of Android updates are inscrutable, and even more so when they are from Samsung. While the 2016 Galaxy A7, which was launched with Lollipop, received Nougat in May, this year’s A-series still needs to wait longer.
This first test will take the time to spread to other countries (as a comparison, the A3 in Russia, is still only available in Russia).
Otherwise, the firmware occupies 1394.40 MB and includes the typical Android Nougat news, Samsung’s new interface, usability improvements in notifications and quick adjustments, improvements in multicentre mode, faster system updates and function Of courier messaging.
You can download the firmware from Sammobile, but remember that, for now, it is only the Thai and South Korean version.
