Forget the screens for the unofficial iPhone X, if you break Apple is probably the only solution

Forget the screens for the unofficial iPhone X, if you break Apple is probably the only solutionIn less than 15 days the iPhone X will hit the market, the most revolutionary iPhone at the moment and possibly the most complex screen phone on the market.

Complex because it is a new technology that is unprecedented in Apple and complex because of its difficult manufacturing. What does this mean? That if it breaks you, you’ll be in a hurry.

So far, if you broke the iPhone screen you had different options. The most sensible of all was to go to an Apple store and ask for a repair (with its corresponding cost ), but the option that many chose was to look for a third-party screen.

Third-party screens are usually much cheaper since they are not the originals and installed by an uncertified technician or yourself at home.

But with the iPhone X things may not be so, surely for a long time Apple is the sole owner of such screens in the world. Samsung is the only manufacturer that owns the design of the iPhone X screen, and the ability to do so.

Playing an LCD screen is not complex for any Asian factory, playing an OLED screen itself, and if it’s the iPhone that has unique features … it’s practically impossible.

Also, do not expect a price similar to the current LCD screen, the cost of repair may be several hundred euros as Apple replaces the entire piece (hopefully it does not include TrueDepth sensors).

So the sensible thing to buy a new iPhone X is sure to acquire a good case.
