What's new in Google Allo: integration with Google Duo calls and stickers in photos

A new version of Google Allo will arrive in the coming hours to add one of the features most demanded by users using this smart messaging application. Finally, comes the integration with Google Duo.

Google Duo calls and video calls from Google Allo are already a reality with its new update, a version that also brings another novelty that we will see later.

Google Duo calls and video calls

Now when you are chatting with a Google Duo contact you can make a call or video call by clicking on the new Google Duo icon that will appear in the upper right of the conversation.

Pressing can decide whether to make a call or video call. Also, clicking on the contact information will display the options to make a call or video call with Google Duo.

If we do not have Google Duo installed, we will access your download file on Google Play, and if the contact we are calling does not have Google Duo you will be invited to download the application.

Now Google Duo becomes an essential part of Google Allo.

Stickers in photos

The second novelty of Google Allo is that now we can also add stickers to the images we are going to share.

This new option will appear when you press the edit photo option that appears just before sending it, where you can draw and add texts.
